only the tube
I had gotten a red tube but needed to start with one that had less tension so i ordered the yellow one. The seller was great with regard to service issues. This exertube comes with only the tube. The red one came with a booklet and instructions about different exercises and a small piece to put in a door. I will now have to go buy those things separately or get another tube that comes with the booklet and the door attachment. More detail ...
