Great Ball!
This exercise ball works great for me - as a desk chair. I spend a lot of time at my computer since I teach online and I decided that sitting in a chair is just too lazy. This exercise ball is perfect. It has stayed perfectly inflated now for about 2 weeks with tons of use. The pump is great better than the old style pumps that needed a special tip. The tip is built right in you don't have to worry about losing it. And it also comes with a little fork-like thing when you need to pry out the plug and inflate or deflate the ball. I haven't yet checked out the video but I plan to start using the ball for exercise too.More detail ...
