Level 5? Professional What?
I picked up this band looking for more resistance over the SPRI Purple (Very Heavy) band which I'm disappointed to say it does not provide. It is a good quality band and the grips are large and comfortable but considering it's more than twice the price of the purple band which sells for about $9 on amazon I have to recommend you skip this one. The large grips may also be a negative depending on how you use the band. I was unable to hold both handles in my hand at the same time to double resistance like I could with the smaller handles on the purple band... 3 stars because its a good band but it seems unnecessary considering SPRI already has a better product for half the price. Based on its resistance level I would definitely say it's not for 'Professional Athletes' either so I wasn't happy to be mislead like that... More detail ...
